Summary: | The present invention relates to a fuel cell gas diffusion layer, a fuel cell, and a method for manufacturing the fuel cell gas diffusion layer. This fuel cell gas diffusion layer is provided with: porous layers (22, 42) containing at least conductive particles; groove-shaped fluid flow channels (24, 44) that are respectively provided in main surfaces (22a, 42a) of the porous layers (22, 42); and conductive line sections (26, 46), in which a plurality of conductive fibers (30) are gathered in layers, and which extend along the main surfaces (22a, 42a) and the shape of the surfaces of the fluid flow channels (24, 44), said conductive line sections having pores.
