Summary: | The invention discloses a Buck converter circuit provided with soft switch and a sequence control method thereof. The Buck converter circuit comprises a soft switch branch and an auxiliary inductor Lr. The soft switch branch is connected in parallel between a branch 1 and a branch 2; and the auxiliary inductor Lr is connected in series between a power MOSFET Q1 and a power MOSFET Q2 in the branch 2. According to the method, freewheeling starts at a current peak point of a main inductor through the soft switch branch, and an auxiliary capacitor stores energy; and the soft switch branch in the circuit is connected, the energy stored in the auxiliary capacitor partially feeds back to a power supply, and in the process, soft switching of the power MOSFETs Q1, Q2 and Qr is realized. The circuit is effective and reduces switch loss reliably, meanwhile, saves a lot of heat loss and improves operation stability of the switch device, conversion efficiency of the circuit and safety of equipment using the circuit.
