The invention discloses grooved ground runoff volume measuring equipment which is mounted at a low position of a measured ground. Insertion plates are inserted to form a water interception plate on the ground, two intercepting ditches are formed in the ground at two ends of the water interception plate respectively, an impermeable membrane is laid on the ground at an upstream position of the water interception plate and between the two intercepting ditches while a trash rack is arranged at the same position, and a test tank, a chute and a drainage ditch are arranged on the ground at a downstream position of the water interception plate. The inner upper portion, the middle portion and the lower portion of the test tank are provided with a ball outlet, a test hole and a mark line respectively, and a camera aiming at the mark line is arranged on a support on the wall of the test tank.
