Summary: | The invention discloses an ultraviolet light-curable high-hardness wear-resistant matte varnish. The ultraviolet light-curable high-hardness wear-resistant matte varnish comprises, by weight, 40 to 60% of urethane acrylate, 15 to 25% of a monomer, 1 to 10% of white carbon black aerosil, 2 to 10% of gas phase aluminium oxide, 3 to 5% of a photoinitiator, 0.5 to 1% of an accessory ingredient, and 5 to 10% of a solvent. The ultraviolet light-curable high-hardness wear-resistant matte varnish can be taken as a finishing coat, is capable of improving entire japanning efficiency, is friendly to the environment, and is capable of reducing emission of organic solvent. |
