The equipment consists of a discharge port, a frame, a motor, a lower roller and an accessable cold water pipe; the discharge port is mounted above the frame; the motor is mounted on the outer side of the frame; steering cylinders are symmetrically mounted at the top of the outer side of the frame; a tabletting roller is transversely mounted at the most lower end of the frame; the accessable cold water pipe is arranged in the tabletting roller; a gluing roller is transversely mounted above the tabletting roller; the steering cylinders are symmetrically mounted at the upper most ends of two sides of the frame; and the steering cylinders are connected with an adjusting lead screw of the gluing roller.
