The system also comprises: a planning GIS graphic basic data management module which is accessed, according to an external system database, to province and prefecture-level power grid spatial data to complete basic data generation and service data fusion; a power grid planning GIS graph drawing tool module which performs map basic operations and planning graphic vector data operations; and a province/city data acquisition and joining module which carries out data acquisition, broadcasting and updating operations for province/city drawing terminal operation information.
