The composite catalyst comprises an amine-containing organic compound and an aminocarboxylate stabilizer; aminocarboxylate is added, so that insoluble substances generated by an amine catalyst in water can be inhibited; water spraying equipment is not blocked in the application process; the curing speed of the isocyanate adhesive can be properly adjusted by changing the concentration of the catalyst; the operation is convenient. The invention also discloses a method for preparing a multilayer polyurethane structural composite by using the isocyanate adhesive.
