ALKENYL ETHER PREPARATION BY ALDEHYDE ACETAL LIQUID PHASE ELEAVAGE
The present invention relates to a new liquid-phase cracking process for preparing olefine ether from Beta-remoked alcohol of acetal. Its acetal compound can be shown by formula RCH2CR1CR1(OR")2, where R and R1 can be alike or not alike and respectively are alkyl groups of H and C1-C10:R"...

Summary: | The present invention relates to a new liquid-phase cracking process for preparing olefine ether from Beta-remoked alcohol of acetal. Its acetal compound can be shown by formula RCH2CR1CR1(OR")2, where R and R1 can be alike or not alike and respectively are alkyl groups of H and C1-C10:R" is hydrocarbon radical of C1-C4. Its reaction is implemented in the inert high-boiling point medium and in the presence of acidic catalyst by controlling its proper reaction temp, and reaction time and adding a basic compound for preventing reverse reaction, and then the above-mentioned material is fractionated , so that the invented olefine ether can be obtained. Said process hasn't selectivity for stereo configuration of the product. |
