The purpose of the present invention is to provide a saddle-driven vehicle which has a horizontal-cylinder-equipped, single-cylinder 4-stroke engine unit installed therein, and is capable of simplifying the exhaust-device structure and improving purification performance of exhaust gas by a catalyst. When viewing the saddle-driven vehicle (1) from the vertical direction, the upstream end (35a) of a muffler (35) is positioned to the left or right relative to the downstream end (31b) of a cylinder exhaust channel section (31). The center of the downstream end of a main catalyst (39) is positioned to the left or right of the center of the upstream end thereof. The main catalyst (39) is positioned in a manner such that at least a portion thereof overlaps a quadrilateral (S) delimited by a side (S11) parallel to the cylinder axis line (Cy1) and a side (S12) parallel to the crank axis line (Cr1) which pass through the downstream end (31b) of the cylinder exhaust channel section (31), and a side (S13) parallel to the
