The flywheel energy storage set comprises an upper housing and a lower housing; a flywheel motor shafting which comprises a mandrel, an upper rolling bearing and a lower rolling bearing both disposed on the mandrel, a motor rotor disposed between the upper rolling bearing and the lower rolling bearing, and a flywheel; an upper rolling bearing pedestal and a lower rolling bearing pedestal; and a sealing locking mechanism which is movably arranged on at least one from the upper housing and the lower housing in a vertical direction, wherein at least one part of the sealing locking mechanism extends into the housing, is arranged to be opposite to the flywheel and is used for locking or loosening the flywheel.
