The invention discloses insulated isolation cloth, and the cloth comprises a waterproof layer, a supporting layer and a lining layer from the outside to the inside. The supporting layer comprises an upper bonding layer, a lower bonding layer, and an insulating layer between the upper bonding layer and the lower bonding layer. The inner side of the waterproof layer is bonded with the upper bonding layer, and the inner side of the lining layer is bonded with the lower bonding layer. The edge of the cloth is provided with a plurality of insulating hanging rings (6), and the insulating hanging rings (6) are respectively provided with a hanging rope (7), wherein the other end of each hanging rope (7) is provided with an insulating hook (8). The cloth provided by the invention can cover adjacent electrified bodies at an interval, and the edge of the cloth is firmly fixed with an electric appliance through the hanging ropes (7) and the insulating hooks (8).
