Summary:The invented coating uses high polymer film-forming material PVC as main component, and is made up by adding plastcizer, adhesive, lubricant and other fillers. It can stop effectively the reducing deposition of the nickel plating solution on the both wall, and ensure the long term insulation of the bath wall to the electrolyte, thus increasing the deposition speed and quality of the nickel plating layer and simplifying the design construction of nickel plating bath. By using said method, the ordinary steel plate can be substituted for stainless steel plate to make the nickel plating bath body, and the other attached equipment system is also saved. Said inventin features simple preparation process, rapidly drying, smooth film formed, and possessing of great spreading value.
