Summary: | The invention discloses a method for recognizing Dalbergia and Pterocarpus by an ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) sequence. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting Dalbergia and Pterocarpus, and extracting by a nucleic acid extraction kit to obtain DNAs of the Dalbergia and the Pterocarpus; (2) adding a primer ITS4 and a primer ITS5 in sequence by taking the DNAs obtained in the step (1) as a template, performing PCR amplification to obtain a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) product, and sequencing the PCR product to obtain an ITS sequence; (3) splicing and cutting the ITS sequence obtained in the step (2), finding variable sites by comparison, and screening a feature site which can be used for identifying the Dalbergia and the Pterocarpus from the variable sites; (4) building a system evolutionary tree by MEGA6.0 software.
