The invention discloses warm-mixed epoxy asphalt and a preparation method thereof. The warm-mixed epoxy asphalt is prepared from three components A, B and C, wherein the component A is warm-mixed asphalt prepared from a warm-mixing agent and substrate asphalt; the component B is epoxy resin composition; the component C is a curing agent. A preparation method of the warm-mixing agent comprises steps as follows: under the action of a catalyst, high polymer alkane firstly reacts with elementary halogen produce an intermediate; aromatic oil and a complex react under the action of a catalyst to form an aromatic complex component; then the aromatic complex component reacts with the intermediate, and the warm-mixing agent is obtained after curing.
