The invention discloses a mildew-proof plastic-wood door material and a method for preparing the same. The method includes 1), mixing wood powder, bamboo powder, konjac flour, Chinese herbal medicine powder and coupling agents with one another to obtain modified organic powder; 2), mixing polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers, polyvinyl acetate, trichloroethyl phosphate, vaseline, decabromodiphenyl ether, 1, 2-ethylene thiourea, dilauryl thiodipropionate, D-glucosazone, amygdalin, sulfur, bentonite and the modified organic powder with one another to obtain mixtures; 3), mixing the mixtures and sodium bicarbonate with one another to obtain other mixtures, then carrying out foaming treatment on the other mixtures and plasticizing and molding the other mixtures to obtain the mildew-proof plastic-wood door material. The Chinese herbal medicine powder contains cortex meliae, ailanthus altissima leaves, rhizoma chuanxiong, rhizoma dioscoreae, cortex eucommiae, cacumen platycladi and rhizoma atractyl
