The float body is provided a hole through the long axis direction of the float body to fix with an outside towing, and install holes are arranged evenly along the short axis turning circle directions of the flat body. The metal bolts with embeddedinternal thread are arranged on step surface for installing the nuts. The water-tight indicator light is fixed in an installing hole of the float body with the pressing plate and the nuts, and sealed in the installing hole utilizing the rectifier lamp shadecorresponding to the shape of the float body outside the installing hole.
