Summary:The invention discloses an electrokinetic remediation technology and method for removing heavy metal contaminated soil and belongs to the technical field of soil remediation. Aiming at the problems that an existing electrokinetic remediation electrode material is poorer in corrosion resistance and is easy to decompose and fail in electrolyte, the invention provides the electrokinetic remediation technology and method which are realized by the following steps: carrying out acidolysis and modification on copper slag; then carrying out soaking and activating in a potassium chloride solution; and subsequently enabling trimethyl borate to grow to the surface of an electrode, thus forming a protecting layer for effectively protecting the electrode material in the electrolyte. According to the electrokinetic remediation technology and method disclosed by the invention, the copper slag is used for preparing; the removal rates of Zn, Ni, Cu and Pb in sludge separately reach 78.2 percent, 72.8 percent and 42.5 percent;
