Summary:The invention discloses a nanometer photoelectrocatalysis coupling microorganism membrane electrode telescopic reactor and application. The reactor comprises: a reaction chamber provided with a water outlet, a positive electrode module, a negative electrode module, a power supply module and a peristaltic pump. The negative electrode module comprises: a conductive inner cylinder arranged in the reaction chamber and having an inner wall with photoelectrocatalytic active carbon fibers attached, a graphite rod and a light source disposed in the conductive inner cylinder, wherein the graphite rod is in electrical connection to the negative electrode of the power supply module which is powered up by the light source. The positive electrode module includes a conductive outer cylinder arranged in the reaction chamber and sleeving the conductive inner cylinder and connected to the positive electrode of the power supply module, active carbon fibers arranged between the conductive inner and other cylinders. The peristal
