The invention discloses an audio device capable of replacing a loudspeaker and a loudspeaker assembly. The audio device comprises the loudspeaker, a card tray and a device body having a sound cavity and sound holes being formed therein. The loudspeaker can be carried on the card tray, and can be inserted into the sound cavity through the card tray; and after the loudspeaker is inserted into the sound cavity, the sound holes are in the sound output direction of the loudspeaker.
