Summary: | The invention discloses a wet-process nanometer fiber lithium ion battery separator. The wet-process nanometer fiber lithium ion battery separator is a double-sided ceramic coating film. The preparation is achieved based on a thermally induced phase separation method and comprises the steps of mixing and extruding nanometer fibers and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene according to a certain proportion, bidirectionally stretching a substrate, performing extraction and heat setting to obtain a substrate film, and finally performing double-sided coating to obtain the lithium ion battery separator. The nanometer fibers mixed in the substrate film have a support effect on a pore passage, meanwhile, a part of nanometer fibers are exposed out of a film surface, thus, the roughness is improved, and a coating layer is more firm to combine by coating on such substrate film.
