The invention discloses a four axis differential driving device which comprises a housing, and a transfer case, a differential I, a differential II and a driving motor which are mounted in the housing. The differential I and the differential II are driven by the transfer case. Each of the differential I and the differential II comprises a left differential shaft and a right differential shaft. The axis of the left differential shaft of the differential I, the axis of the right differential shaft of the differential I, the axis of the left differential shaft of the differential II and the axis of the right differential shaft of the differential II are positioned in the same plane.
