The invention discloses a calibration method of a logging instrument and a calibration device for the logging instrument applying thereof. A well hole with a well shaft horizontally arranged is arranged in the standard well. The calibration device further comprises a well head device and a filling device. The well head device comprises a traction rope and a well logging cable. The traction rope and the well logging cable are used for oppositely pulling a to-be-logged instrument in the direction of the well shaft.
