The system comprises a pretreatment section, a spraying section and a drying section; the total alkalinity in a degreasing tank is 20-30 points, the free alkalinity is 7-15 points, and a degreasing agent with the concentration being 55 g/L is adopted; a gel titanium surface conditioner with the concentration being 3 g/L is added to a surface conditioning tank, and the PH is controlled to range from 8.0 to 9.0; and the spraying section comprises a loading zone and an unloading zone which are connected through a circular steel rope, the circular steel rope is driven by a winding machine to rotate, and a hanging rack is arranged on the circular steel rope.
