The present invention relates to a washable folding type pillow which is capable of being folded with multiple folds, is used according to the body type and usage of a user, and can be separated into an outer skin (pillow cover) and a liner. The liner contains cotton so that the liner can be readily washed and dried. The pillow comprises: a plurality of small pillows (100) having a buffer material, such as the cotton, filled therein so as to support a neck of a user; binders (300) provided at both sides of any one of the pillows so as to bind the pillows after the pillow is folded with multiple folds; and an auxiliary sheet (500) inserted into the center of any one of the pillows so as to support a neck part of the user. 本发明涉及种可清洗并可折叠的枕头，其能够根据使用者的身形和所需用途而在折叠为多层的状态下使用，并且能够分解为外套(枕套)和内胆，这样的含有棉花的内胆能够容易地清洗和干燥。该可折叠的枕头包括：多个小枕头(100)，在其内部填充有缓冲材料(例如棉花)，从而支撑使用者的颈部；捆绑部件(300)，其分别设置在该小枕头之的相对侧，从而在该小枕头被折叠为多层之后捆绑该小枕头；和辅助块(500)，其插入到任小枕头的中间部分，从而支撑使用者的颈部。
