Summary:A technique for preparing fuel oil and carbon blank through waste tires comprises the steps that (1) the waste tires are crushed into particles after metal and fiber impurities in the waste tires are removed; (2) the waste tires, hydrogen peroxide and water are added into a reactor, the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is kept 6-9.5 wt%, and the reactor is sealed; (3) the reactor is heated and pressurized till the water is in the supercritical or subcritical state, and the reaction is conducted for 45-75 min; (4) solid-liquid separation is conducted on reactants, and solid is the carbon black; and (5) liquid is extracted through dichloromethane, so that the fuel oil is obtained.
