Summary:The invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, and introduces a method for quantitatively adding stannous chloride in 4,6-diamido-hydrochloride (DAR for short). By controlling the crystallization condition so as to control the particle size of the DAR, after filtration, the moisture content of DAR damp products with the similar particle sizes is kept within a certain range. By adding a certain amount of stannous chloride in recrystallization mother liquor, the stannous chloride content range in the DAR finished products can be controlled after drying.
