Summary: | The invention provides a method for designing a local tempering induction coil of an ultrahigh-strength steel threaded type workpiece based on finite element simulation. A geometrical model is established according to shapes of an ultrahigh-strength steel optical axis workpiece and an induction coil; finite element simulation for induction heating is carried out after grid partition and material attribute loading; a result obtained by simulation is compared with an experimental measurement result; and, if the two are matched well, design of the induction coil of the ultrahigh-strength steel threaded type workpiece in the next step is carried out. The shape factor, the position factor and the number of turns of the induction coil are optimal in design; the designed induction coil can realize that a threaded part of the ultrahigh-strength steel threaded type workpiece has homogenized tempering temperature in an induction heating local tempearing process; finite elements are introduced into the design of the loc |
