The invention discloses a floor thickness gauge. The thickness gauge comprises a shell and a core rod. An internal portion of the shell is provided with a cavity. Left and right side walls of the shell are symmetrically provided with groove holes connected to the cavity. An outer wall of the shell is provided with a vernier which can slide up and down. An upper end of the shell is provided with a digital display device used for displaying a vernier reading. The core rod is hinged to an expansion clamping sheet. The expansion clamping sheet is provided with a limiting portion. The limiting portion is formed by a limiting surface, a support surface and a corner camber surface which connects the limiting surface and the support surface. The core rod is provided with a pasting surface. In an original state, the limiting surface is an upper end surface of the expansion clamping sheet and is a horizontal surface. The support surface is pasted to the pasting surface. The expansion clamping sheet possesses a degree o
