The pipeline fixing device comprises a pipe sheet; a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed in the pipe surface of the pipe sheet; a mounting block is fixed at the outer circumference of the pipe sheet in a surrounding manner; a circular groove is formed in the mounting block; a conveying device is connected to the exterior of the pipe sheet, and comprises a ring body; a plurality of uniformly arranged conveying plates are mounted in the ring body; grooves corresponding to the through holes are formed in the conveying plates, and communicate with the through holes; and a connecting block connected with the pipe sheet is connected to the outer circumference of the ring body, and is connected and fixed to the circular groove.
