Summary: | The invention discloses a heat treatment method for Cr-Mo wear-resistant cast iron. The Cr-Mo wear-resistant cast iron is prepared from components in percentage by weight as follows: 2.8%-3.8% of C, 1.65%-2.7% of Si, 0.5%-1.2% of Mn, 0.12%-0.7% of P, 0.2%-0.5% of Cr, 0.3%-0.8% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.09% of S and the balance of Fe. The method comprises steps of mixing, preheating, smelting, quick on-the-spot sample analysis, final deoxidation, inoculation treatment, pouring and high temperature annealing. The method is simple, through strict control on addition amounts of Cr and Mo, the structure can be refined remarkably, the comprehensive performance such as the mechanical strength, the wear resistance, the heat resistance and the like can be improved, the mechanical performance of the cast iron can reach the HT250 mark, meanwhile, the mechanical performance and the machinability are improved, and the cast iron is particularly suitable for casting of air cylinders, piston rings and tappets.
