Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of sludge-based charcoal doped with a waste PU shoe material. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, drying sludge to the constant weight, grinding the sludge, sieving the sludge through a 200-mesh sieve, grinding the waste PU shoe material and sieving the waste PU shoe material into a 200-mesh particle material; 2, mixing the sludge and the waste PU shoe material according to the proportion of (1 to 3) to 1 in parts by weight, pyrolyzing the sludge and the waste PU shoe material, introducing nitrogen and warming and heating to 400 to 600 DEG C to obtain a pyrolysis product, wherein the flow velocity of the nitrogen is 100 to 200 mL/min; 3, rinsing the pyrolysis product with 1M hydrochloric acid for 5min; 4, filtering hydrochloric acid out, soaking with deionized water, filtering, drying to the constant weight in an oven in 105 DEG C and finally obtaining the sludge-based charcoal doped with waste PU shoe material.
