The nano composition having the acne removal function consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-5% of a herba portulacae extract, 0.5-5% of a composite consisting of keratin amino acids, betaine and a chicory root extract, 0.01-0.5% of quaternary ammonium salt-73, 1-10% of an emulsifier, 5-15% of grease and the balance of water.
