The invention discloses a method for preparing an organic nano composite coating for stone historic preservation. The organic nano composite coating is prepared from a fluorocarbon emulsion as a filming substance and special hydrophobic nanoparticles as a modification material, and components such as assistants and water as well in a hybridization compounding manner. The fluorocarbon emulsion is excellent in weather resistance and hydrophobic effect. The method is simple in process, convenient to operate, easy to popularize, low in processing cost, and capable of sufficiently preventing stone historical relics from erosion.
