Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, in particular to a preparation method for constructing all natural composite hydrogel by compounding a collagen base and nonionic polysaccharide. The preparation method comprises the steps: maintaining the temperature of the nonionic polysaccharide solution at 4 to 25 DEG C and slowly adding a nonionic polysaccharide solution into a collagen solution under a stirring condition; and maintaining the temperature at 4 DEG C, performing low-speed centrifugation and concentration on mixed liquid obtained by the reaction, adjusting the pH value to be 7 to 11, maintaining constant temperature at 15 to 37 DEG C for 0.5 to 10 hours to obtain collagen-nonionic polysaccharide composite hydrogel, rinsing the collagen-nonionic polysaccharide composite hydrogel in deionized water, and shaking and rinsing in a biological crosslinking agent solution.
