The invention discloses a method for extracting longipedunin E from a Yao People medicine root and rattan stem of Kadsura longipedunculata Finetet Gagnep. The method comprises the following steps: taking powder of root and rattan stem of Kadsura longipedunculata Finetet Gagnep, dipping the powder in an ethanol solution, filtering the obtained solution, taking the obtained filtrate, concentrating the filtrate, adding water to dissolve the obtained filtrate concentrate, extracting the dissolved concentrate with ethyl acetate, and evaporating the extracted concentrate until dryness in order to obtain a first crude extract; mixing the first crude extract with silica gel, and eluting the first crude extract and the silica gel with a chloroform and acetone mixed solution to obtain a first eluate; mixing the first eluate with silica gel, adding the first eluate and the silica gel into a reverse phase silica gel column in a wet manner, and carrying out gradient elution by using a methanol solution in order to obtain
