Summary: | The invention discloses a simple catalyzed preparation method of spiro derivatives, and belongs to the technical field of ionic liquid catalysis. The molar ratio of isatin or ninhydrin, malononitrile and beta-diketone in preparation reaction is 1:1:1, the molar weight of acidic ionic liquid catalyst is 2-4% of that of isatin, the volume dose of 92% vol ethanol water, reactive solvent in milliliter is 4-6 times of the molar weight of isatin in millimole, and reaction time of reflux is 5-30min. After reaction is finished, spirooxindole derivatives or spiro-1,3-dioxaindan pyran derivatives are obtained by cooling to room temperature, performing suction filtration and washing filter residue with 92% ethanol water prior to vacuum drying.
