Summary: | The invention discloses a core plate copper-plating-free copper-based spraying friction piece and a preparing method thereof. According to the friction piece, Cu is mainly adopted to serve as a matrix component, graphite and lead serve as lubricating components, Fe and ZrSiO4 serve as friction components, an Sn alloy element is added for reinforcing a matrix, and the powder metallurgy material of the friction piece comprises components including, by weight, 55% to 65% of copper powder, 5% to 12% of iron powder, 2% to 5% of lead powder, 5% to 10% of graphite powder, 5% to 7% of zircon sand powder and 4% to 8% of tin. The matching composition serves 100% as the standard.
