An installation groove (2) and a plurality of motors (3) are formed on the pedestal rack (1); a plurality of rotating shafts (4) are disposed in the installation groove (2); rotating directions of adjacent rotating shafts (4) are opposite; spaced rotating shafts (4) are adaptive to the same motor (3); a track disc (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (4); a connection distance between adjacent rotating shafts (4) is equal to the diameter of the track disc (5); and a plurality of fixing grooves (6) are evenly distributed on the track disc (5).
