Summary: | The invention relates to the field of building concrete and especially relates to novel shotcrete. The novel shotcrete comprises, by weight, 120 parts of quartz sand having particle sizes of 0 to 2.36mm, 183 parts of sand having particle sizes of 2.36 to 4.75mm, 220 parts of 42.5 level R-type cement, 4 parts of a naphthalene-series efficient water-reducing agent, 3 parts of 6mm PP fibers, 40 parts of an expansive agent, 30 parts of nanometer ore A, 100 parts of nanometer ore B, 100 parts of nanometer hematite slag powder and 300 parts of machine-made stones with particle sizes of 4.75-10mm. The novel shotcrete is used in a concrete spraying process. The novel shotcrete has the characteristics of early strength, high strength, micro-expansion, sulfate attack resistance, high adhesion, low injection rebound rate and construction convenience.
