The invention discloses a continuous casting powder fluidifying and drying device which comprises a tundish, wherein an outlet of the tundish communicates with one end of an air inlet pipe; the other end of the air inlet pipe communicates with a high-pressure vortex fan; an outlet of the high-pressure vortex fan communicates with one end of an air outlet pipe; an adjustment valve is mounted on the air outlet pipe; the other end of the air outlet pipe is connected with a fluidized bed air chamber and communicates with an inner cavity of the fluidized bed air chamber; a separate filter device is arranged in the fluidized bed air chamber; and casting powder particles are fully distributed at the upper part of the separate filter device.
