A sizing control method for a large-sized continuous sizing press comprises the following steps: (1) control of a first-sizing position; (2) establishment of a relationship between the position and angle of a sizing mechanism crank; (3) determination of the position of a module conveying mechanism crank; and (4) synchronous control of the sizing mechanism crank, the module conveying mechanism crank, roller ways and pinch rolls, wherein when a plate blank enters the large-sized continuous sizing press to be sized, the large-sized continuous sizing press shifts to a sizing state, and the sizing working state includes three stages, namely a synchronization establishment stage, a synchronization maintaining stage and an out-of-synchronization standby stage.
