The invention provides a control system of a DSVG. The control system comprises a controller, a protector, an algorithm device, an AD converter, a conditioning circuit, a sampling circuit and a PWM output device, wherein the controller is connected with the algorithm device, the protector and the PWM output device; an output end of same sampling information of the sampling circuit is connected with the AD converter and the protector separately through the conditioning circuit; and the algorithm device is connected with the protector.
