Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a super capacitor based on single-wall carbon nanotube/tungsten oxide nanowire composite film electrodes. The preparation method includes: preparing the anhydrous ethanol precursor solution of tungsten salt and polyvinyl pyrrolidone under air atmosphere, performing reaction at 160-200 DEG C for 10-20 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing, and dispersing to obtain W18O49 nanowire dispersing liquid; mixing the nanowire dispersing liquid with a single-wall carbon nanotube, performing suction filtration, washing, and drying to obtain the single-wall carbon nanotube/tungsten oxide nanowire composite film electrodes; using the composite film electrode as the cathode, using the single-wall carbon nanotube/polyaniline film as the anode, using an aluminum salt solution as electrolyte, and assembling to obtain the super capacitor.
