Summary:The invention discloses phosphor copper titanium wear resistant cast iron and a preparation method thereof. The phosphor copper titanium wear resistant cast iron comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.9-3.3% of C, 1.4-1.7% of Si, 0.6-1% of Mn, 0.4-0.7% of P, 0.5-0.9% of Cu, 0.2-0.16% of Ti, not more than 0.10% of S, and the balance of Fe. The preparation method includes the steps of batching, preheating, smelting, stokehole quick analysis, final deoxidation, inoculation and pouring.
