Summary:The invention discloses phosphor copper wear resistant cast iron and a preparation method thereof. The phosphor copper wear resistant cast iron comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.9-3.3% of C, 1.4-1.7% of Si, 0.6-1% of Mn, 0.4-0.7% of P, 0.5-0.9% of Cu, S not more than 0.10%, and the balance of Fe. The preparation method includes the steps of batching, preheating, smelting, stokehole quick analysis, final deoxidation, inoculation and pouring. The method is simple in smelting process, strictly controls the adding quantities of phosphor and copper to enable the wear resistance to be higher than HT300-mark cast iron by 1.1 times, can enable the mechanical performance to reach HT250 mark, and in particular, is suitable for casting a coordinate boring machine body. 本发明公开了种磷铜耐磨铸铁及其制备方法,所述的磷铜耐磨铸铁其成分的重量百分比为C2.9~3.3%、Si1.4~1.7%、Mn0.6~1%、P0.4~0.7%、Cu0.5~0.9%、S≤0.10%,余量为Fe。所述的制备方法包括配料、预热、熔炼、炉前快速分析、终脱氧、孕育处理、浇注。该方法熔炼工艺简单,通过严格控制磷和铜的加入量,其耐磨性比HT300牌号铸铁高1.1倍,机械性能可达HT250牌号,特别适合铸造座标镗床床身。
