Summary: | The invention relates to a method for purifying marine aquaculture wastewater by adopting the bacterium with the nitrification function. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating bacterial strain culture solutions to 500mL of aquaculture wastewater respectively; carrying out sterilization for 20min at 121 DEG C; placing the sterilized culture solutions in a constant-temperature oscillator for culturing; and under the aseptic condition, testing the contents of ammonia and nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of a sample. The method provided by the invention is non-toxic and harmless to cultured animals, the process is simple, no secondary pollution is caused, and the adopted nitrifying bacteria is obtained through sludge produced by the marine aquaculture system.
