The invention discloses a stirring device of metal magnetic powder core powder and a use method thereof. The stirring device comprises a double stirring wheel and a motor, wherein the motor is used for driving the double stirring wheel to rotate; the double stirring wheel comprises a rotary shaft, fixing rods and spiral stirring sheets; the spiral stirring sheets are spirally arranged towards both ends of the rotary shaft by using the middle fixing rod on the rotary shaft as a starting point; the four spiral stirring sheets are respectively arranged at each of both sides of the center fixed rod, and comprise two inner spiral stirring sheets with opposite rotation directions and two outer spiral stirring sheets with opposite rotation directions; the rotation directions of the four spiral stirring sheets are not overlapped and crossed, and then two powder mixing working areas are formed and are used for rotationally mixing powder from the outer spiral stirring sheets to the inner spiral stirring sheets by using
