Summary: | The present invention provides a novel pile head block of a transformer wire clamp which can clamp the pile heads effectively and is excellent in conductivity. The pile head block comprises an aluminum sheet body, one end of the sheet body is equipped with a cylindrical circular arc head, and the other end is equipped with a hollow cylindrical pile head hole. The hollow cylindrical pile head hole is equipped with an axial tear, the transverse middle part of the sheet body is equipped with a U-shaped groove, and the opening direction of the U-shaped groove faces the cylindrical circular arc head. A copper layer, instead of a single aluminum material, is plated on the outer layer of an aluminum pile head block, thereby increasing the conductivity of the pile head block.
