Summary:The invention relates to a wideband antenna. The subject of the wideband antenna is aimed at making simple constructions, few parts, improving installation performance, lowering cost and improving yield. First and second hot elements (11a, 11b) are formed on the front surface of a long and thin substrate (10). First and second earth elements (11c, 11d) are formed on the rear surface of the substrate (10). First and second parasitic elements (11e, 11f) are disposed adjacent to the hot elements (11a, 11b) and the earth elements (11c, 11d), thereby forming a first-stage element (11). A second-stage element (12) has a corresponding structure. A first branch line and a second branch line are formed on the front surface. The hot elements (11a, 11b) of the first-stage (11) and second-stage elements (12) are fed from a feeding point through the first and second branch lines (14b). An earth line is formed on the rear surface. The earth elements of the first-stage (11) and second-stage elements (12) are fed from the fe
