The invention provides a passive air exhausting device of a nuclear power plant. The passive air exhausting device comprises a frame assembly, a shutter assembly and a tensioning assembly, wherein the shutter assembly is movably arranged on the frame structure and is configured for bearing fluid load and isolating air spaces on two sides; and the tensioning assembly is arranged on the shutter assembly and has spring tension.
